Siddhify Release Note – September 2024 General We are very excited to see the improvements we have done in our web app in the month of September 2024. This month was more focused into fixing the bugs, improving the stability of the app and adding new required functionalities with some new useful features. Let’s learn more about these in this release note.   List of changes     Task closing animation – a nice short animation on the left bottom when task is closed by the user. Putting “Me” as the current logged in user name under user dropdowns – now the current logged in user name is called and displayed as “Me”. Parent user should be the first in the user list everywhere. Repeat task functionality. The new subtask under repeat task is only created when the previous occurrence is completed by the user. Showing a round arrow icon for repeated task for better recognition. Fix issues with creating dreams – there were a few small glitches which we have fixed while creating a dream project. Fix issues with dream when creating dream as a primary dream – there was a glitch with the “primary dream” feature. Add picture for users in the profile – now user can add or edit his/her profile picture. Show profile picture for the user in various places – now user can see their profile picture in various places in the app. New feature – created net worth bucket – It’s a new feature in the net worth module where a parent user can create different buckets for tracking the progress of their assets. Added accordion button for the left-hand side category stripes – Now all the categories on the task screen (unassigned, mission-critical, important, and everything else) have an accordion button to open and close the whole category. Added a day selection feature when a repeat task is chosen as weekly – User can now choose a specific day of the week for weekly repeated tasks. We have change the location and added some new feature for the search box. Now the search box is aligned to the left of the screen where the logo is located. The search box is small and when clicked it expands. When you click outside, or hit the close button or hit the ESC button, it automatically closes. Fixed issues with blank screen – there were some glitches with the blank screen. Added functionality to hide search box when clicked outside, esc or the close button – We have change the location and added some new feature for the search box. Now the search box is aligned to the left of the screen where the logo is located. The search box is small and when clicked it expands. When you click outside, or hit the close button or hit the ESC button, it automatically closes. Fixed the cross button UI when deleting a tag – small fix to enhance the UI. Show the latest added task at the top of the unassigned category. Close the right-side popup when hitting outside or clicking ESC. Fixed some issues related to archived tasks interface. Net worth module – implemented a new field to store the target net worth called “net worth goal.” Highlight when a user is selected. Change task action buttons when hovering – small UI amendments with task icons. Force 2FA setup in the account within 15 days of use to enhance security. Remember the device for 60 days if 2FA is set up. Sub-user can see tasks assigned to them or tasks created by them, no other tasks they can see. If the completion percentage is increased on any task from 0 to any positive number, the task status will change from “Not started” to “In progress” if not already set. When the dream and goal are assigned in the filter, the new task created will be assigned directly to that dream and goal. Task filter works based on due date instead of created date when sorting. New Module – daily/weekly status for self-improvement, launched. This is a new small module simply gathers some important data from you and then based on machine learning gives you the analytical result. Every day when you open the app, it opens a quick popup to ask you about your yesterday performance and mood, It’s a simple 30 second survey but very useful. It then collects the data for your tasks and goals, time invested on primary project and time invested with family, kids and on self. Later, you can check this data and see your performance and mood is progressing. You can disable this (under settings > general) or make this weekly in case you don’t want to use. Do not show a task category if it has 0 tasks assigned in it. Improved calendar functionality and UI everywhere in the app. Added sub-user in the task filters. Fixed issues related to the dashboard when clicking on any task displayed under the calendar. Fixed the issue with tasks when creating, it showed that task in the middle of the unassigned category. Now it will show at the top of any category it is added. New Feature – task module has a column view now. You have 4 fixed columns. Show the roadmap page in ascending order. Task quick action popup – the UI is revised and refreshed completely New Change – dashboard completely revised and refreshed with lots of useful information and graphs. Task background color changed in the list view for better branding. Showing goal name and status for reward on the Analytics page. Fixed the image display of attachments in any task.   Thank you.
