This month we have focused a lot on stabilizing the system and adding some new features. We have added on the fly updates, sub task system and a daily status report system which are super useful for our users.
List of changes #
Fixed the dashboard graph and data #
– there were issues with the data showing on the dashboard. Have fixed those and improved the performance.
Show the repeat task more prominently #
– worked on the UI and on the fly changes for repeat task functionality.Task category #
– click anywhere on the strip to open or close. Last month we hd put up and down arrow to open and close the category strips, however now we also added the whole strip clickable to open and close.
Make the right-side calendar look cleaner #
– we did lots of cleanup for the calendar everywhere in the system. Now the tasks assigned to any specific date appear properly and when clicked open a popup with task details.
Dashboard fixes #
– fix the calendar hovering for task, increased the listing of tasks, net worth data fixes, ui elements fixesNotification page modification #
– have made a dedicated page for the notification with more details about each notification.Put the count of the task in the column view #
– Have put the count of the tasks exists in each column in column view.
Task column view changes #
– enhanced the layout by putting the right side popup when clicking on any task, added the quick task create form, etc
Fixed the bug of selecting multiuser #
on a task. Now wherever the sub user option shows, you can select or unselect multiple users at a time.Implemented like and reaction feature on task comment #
– now you can like and react on a comment or share emoticons.
Now have data for task #
created by, completed by, created on and completed on – Now every task shows created by, created on, completed by and completed on data on each and every tasks.Daily performance Report #
– launched a new self reporting system which appears as a popup every day when you open the app and ask you few small details.. hardly takes 10 seconds but very important to fill.Admins have the option to update the company logo #

– everything on the task popup now updates on the fly.

Sub task #
– it’s a new feature in our task system which allows you to create sub tasks and assign it to different people.
